  Beautiful property tucked away in Margate only a couple mins drive away from the beach or a short walk. We went with 8 adults and a 6 month old baby... read more and there was more than enough room for us all. The property was clean and well looked after and Lucy was always on hand via phone if ever we needed anything. I've been to a few airbnbs and I must say this has been one of the best and most well equipped stays I've been on! Lucy really has everything covered for a lovely family getaway. I would definitely be planning to stay again and would highly recommend.

Boogie boards, towels and blankets there ready to be used, amazing space for a big family and in terms of communication Lucy couldn’t do enough for us. Amazing host with excellent communication. The place was clean and tidy. We loved our stay, thank you for rolling out the welcome mat for us 🙂

  We were a large group of mums and kids who frequently visit Margate in the summer. This was the first time we were able to find a place that accommodate... read more us all rather than splitting up the group. I can honestly say this place exceeded all our expectations. It was excellently located, close to the beach but also in a quiet area. The cottage itself was expertly set up and provided absolutely everything we needed. The neighbours were super helpful and friendly and we had kids ranging from 2 to 12 years old and they were super happy with the indoor entertainment as well as the outdoor space. It was a very nice touch having beach toys and towels available. I would definitely stay here again!

The garden was soooo spacious, we held a BBQ and also used the fire place for some evening drinks, it was giving love island fire pit vibes. Honestly one of the best stays I’ve had, so close to the beach and the train station and best of all dreamland where we enjoyed arcade games and rides! The neighbours were also so friendly and approachable and helped us with getting wood for the fireplace- thanks! I would without a doubt definitely stay here again and would recommend families, groups or friends everyone to choose this lovely cottage. There was adequate space for 2 children to play on the main floor. Unfortunately weather did not allow use of large patio but it looked inviting.

  My friends and I enjoyed a few days in Margate to celebrate our collective 40th birthdays. The location of the property was perfect, walking distance from the seafront, bars /... read more restaurants, caves and shopping spots. The property itself is was clean and very well decorated (loved the art) and had that home from home feeling, which you don't always get from some air BnBs. There are also deck chairs and cool towels you can borrow but we didn't end up going to the beach, but loved the extra touches.Lucy gave us a list of local recommendations beforehand, which was handy as none of us are familiar with the area. We enjoyed wondering down the lanes with all the vintage shops, stopped for cocktails at Wildes and then for dinner at an authentic L 'Olivio Italian, best pizzas ever. I am not massive into given reviews but felt like I had such amazing weekend and was seamless to arrange with the thanks of the host. Definitely coming back.

Large fridge/freezer with cold water and ice on tap . Fantastic place for catering group of friends or large party without tripping over each other . Would certainly recommend to others and stay there again ! Easy check in and out and secure parking ideal for motorbikes or scooters
