Large fridge/freezer with cold water and ice on tap . Fantastic place for catering group of friends or large party without tripping over each other . Would certainly recommend to others and stay there again ! Easy check in and out and secure parking ideal for motorbikes or scooters

Our kids were in heaven, especially with the fire pit in the garden where we made s’mores every night.The location is perfect – so close to everything! We explored the Shell Grotto, the caves, and of course had an amazing time at Dreamland. The hosts were fantastic – so friendly, quick to reply, and always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Their recommendations were spot on – the Old Market Place was our favourite spot for food.It was such a perfect family break with so much to do right on the doorstep. We would 100% recommend Dream Land Cottage and can’t wait to come back!

  My friends and I enjoyed a few days in Margate to celebrate our collective 40th birthdays. The location of the property was perfect, walking distance from the seafront, bars /... read more restaurants, caves and shopping spots. The property itself is was clean and very well decorated (loved the art) and had that home from home feeling, which you don't always get from some air BnBs. There are also deck chairs and cool towels you can borrow but we didn't end up going to the beach, but loved the extra touches.

Lucy gave us a list of local recommendations beforehand, which was handy as none of us are familiar with the area. We enjoyed wondering down the lanes with all the vintage shops, stopped for cocktails at Wildes and then for dinner at an authentic L 'Olivio Italian, best pizzas ever.

I am not massive into given reviews but felt like I had such amazing weekend and was seamless to arrange with the thanks of the host. Definitely coming back.

The garden was soooo spacious, we held a BBQ and also used the fire place for some evening drinks, it was giving love island fire pit vibes. Honestly one of the best stays I’ve had, so close to the beach and the train station and best of all dreamland where we enjoyed arcade games and rides! The neighbours were also so friendly and approachable and helped us with getting wood for the fireplace- thanks! I would without a doubt definitely stay here again and would recommend families, groups or friends everyone to choose this lovely cottage.   We loved our stay as a family in Dreamland cottage! It was the perfect place to retreat from London for a few days with a visiting family member.
The... read more cottage is tucked away in a quiet and secluded location, you would never know it was there but very clear instructions to find it. Easy private parking.
It is an extremely relaxing cottage, lovely interior, very clean and everything you could need. There is lots of living space especially downstairs with 2 communal areas alongside the 4 bedrooms. We loved enjoying the firepit in the garden too. Kitchen and living room upstairs is cosier but really comfortable.
Everything we needed was there, and beyond: including beach towels, kids games, blankets for the garden and a welcome treat.
It is a 10 minute walk to the seafront and we loved exploring a new part of the Kent coast.
Brilliant hosts with fantastic communication before and during our stay. Everything clearly explained and very easy checking in and out. Would definitely recommend!

Lucy and John recommended some great restaurants to take them to... highly recommend this place to stay hosts are fantastic,house is immaculate and wonderfully decorated throughout. Location is great only a short walk to the beach and seafront....my daughter had the most amazing 16th birthday celebrations with her friends.

While members of the family stayed in several sites ours was able to host everyone for an... read more informal gathering and pizza supper in the living/dining space one evening. There was adequate space for 2 children to play on the main floor. Unfortunately weather did not allow use of large patio but it looked inviting.
